Our legal basis
We rely on contract (to manage your booking and stay), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (to run and improve our website and respond to enquiries), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy and are not stored on our systems.
Sharing your information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business — for example our payment provider (Stripe), our email and hosting providers, and our website analytics — and only as far as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry and marketing data is kept only for as long as it remains relevant or until you ask us to remove it.
