About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any booking you make with Mazanka Wellness Retreat Ltd (“Mazanka”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16215038, registered office Bussock Mayne Cottage, Snelsmore, Newbury, RG14 3BP. By booking a stay, you agree to these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.
Bookings and payment
- Bookings are confirmed instantly, with payment taken in full at the time of booking.
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price for your stay is shown once you select your dates.
- A minimum stay of 2 nights applies, and stays may be booked up to six months in advance.
- The retreat is for a maximum of 2 guests, aged 18 and over. Only the registered guests may stay.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a welcome guide with arrival details before your stay.
Cancellations
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us at info@mazankaretreat.co.uk.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Exact directions and access details are provided with your booking confirmation ahead of arrival.
House rules
To protect the calm of the retreat and the comfort of every guest, we ask that you:
- Observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Treat the space and its contents with care, using coasters and mats as provided.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the registered party of two guests, and do not host additional visitors.
- Respect that the retreat is adults only, strictly no smoking indoors, and no pets.
- Report any damage or breakage to us promptly.
Damage and responsibility
No security deposit is taken. However, guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of these terms during their stay, and we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs where this occurs.
Additional packages
Optional extras (such as celebration set-ups, decorations, massage treatments and cakes) may be added to your stay. Extras requested within 7 days of arrival are subject to availability.
Liability
We take great care to maintain a safe and comfortable retreat. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal belongings, or for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Website use
The content, images and branding on this website belong to Mazanka Wellness Retreat Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
